Online Shop Terms & Conditions

By submitting and / or confirming your order, you understand and accept the company's shopping terms and conditions.

The method of submission and confirmation is not limited to online shopping platforms, but also includes orders submitted and confirmed by phone or email or in shop.

1 - CANCEL ORDER

Once all orders are confirmed and paid, there will be NO REFUND.

After placing an order, customer cannot change the order content, so the customer must make sure that all information is correct before placing the order. Once the order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it.

2 - RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All products purchased at FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for incorrect or defective products only.

For incorrect items (must be unused with intact packaging/ undamaged), or defective items, please email our team at info@floax.com.hk with your order number, product name, pictures of the incorrect or defective items received, close up pictures of fault or damages of items and further details of your case, within 5 days of receiving your order.

You can get in touch with our customer service and support team by email, we will work diligently to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please note, if the item you received was not faulty upon arrival and you choose to continue to use it, this means that you have accepted the item was in good condition in which it was received, and we are no longer responsible for the way you choose to use your item or any damage that is incurred then-after.

3 - DELIVERY

The product arrival date may be affected by the delivery service. FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited will not be held liable for any shipment delays by any shipping services/agents/companies. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from our company, and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing losses or delays.

We reserve the right to charge customers extra fees in the following cases: more than one delivery destination for a single order; due to incomplete, wrong delivery address and other information, special request on order amendment, or no one receives or picks up the goods at the specified address or time that incurred additional fees.

4 - PRODUCTS INFORMATION

We should try our best to ensure the authenticity of the product pictures, the accuracy of the information and the true colors of the goods, but cannot guarantee any of the above, and reserves the right to change the above information without further notice.

The selling price or product packaging of all goods is subject to the confirmation of the order before delivery.

Since the products sold in this shop are imported from its original location, all its packaging retains the original local packaging, including labels and product descriptions.

5 - ORDER

You are willing to abide by the relevant shopping rules and freight collection mechanism of this site.

There may be a gap between the time when customer places the order and the time the system accepts the order, so when the customer places the order, the system shows that it is still in stock, but when the system accepts the order, there may be no inventory.

If the product you bought is out of stock before accepting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If any items are sold out, our store will not give advance notice. In case of the above, our shop will notify you by phone or email.

Order processing takes time, generally will be confirmed within 14 working days after the payment is received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), please be patient and wait for our store to reply.

6 - DISCLAIMER

We will not be responsible for any problems caused by wrong or improper use of the product; the shop reserves the right to modify and revise the selling price, delivery charges and online shopping terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
