Please transfer or credit the payment directly to our designated bank account/ FPS number within 24 hours after your order submission:

After payment transfer, please email us with your receipt/payment proof and "Order No." to Whatsapp https://wa.me/95465353/ / arteliving@floax.com.hk . It is the customer's responsibility to keep any form of receipt and/or record as proof of payment. 

Once your payment is confirmed, we will send the goods as soon as possible. Please refer to details in Shipping Policy.

We will cancel your order if we do not receive your payment within 24 hours from your order submission.
