If you wish to pay via bank transfer/ PayMe or FPS and do advance booking for sessions during weekends or public holidays, please do the pre-payment on working days in advance. Your booking will be confirmed after we receive your transaction record by email or Whatsapp.
*Please note pre-payment is not refundable and customers are allowed to re-schedule one time only (please notify us 12 hours in advance to your original booking).*
CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL
Please give a minimum of 12-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your float. Simply shoot us an email or give us a call to cancel or reschedule. Each weekdays booking only allows ONE time cancellation/ reschedule; for weekends/ public holiday bookings, no cancellation/ reschedule is allowed. ( Including gift vouchers and other redemption vouchers)
For cancellation/ reschedule more than once; cancellation/ reschedule during weekends and public holidays; or cancellation/ reschedule less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of one float session or be deducted one session from your package. Prepayment will also be required for future booking. Thank you for your understanding. ( Including gift vouchers and other redemption vouchers)
Do arrive on time. We will familiarize you with floating if you visit the first time.
If you are late, your float session might be shortened/ forfeited as it affects the next floater. Thank you for your understanding.
