The Hiba Wood Side Table is just right size for small spaces or rooms, and can be used as a side table beside your bed, in the bathroom, doorway, etc., and can also be used for interior decoration.
The wood logs vary in shapes, sizes and colors, with a tough surface, and retains the natural wood aroma of Aomori Hiba, giving you the feeling of being in a forest. Wood knots and cracks are unique natural forms.
Cracks may widen from dry/ low humidity, but do not worry, they will not break into half or pieces, the cracks will make no impact for these side tables.

Caution >
The oil contained in the wood may seep from the bottom, so if you put it in the same place for a long time, lay paper or cloth under it and check if the oil seeps from the bottom from time to time. The oil and color on the floor may not be removed. It is a natural phenomenon including cracks due to drying, so please understand before ordering.
How to maintain a wood side table >
The maintenance of the table does not require special care. If there are stains on the cracked part or the top surface after purchase, it can be cleaned with sandpaper.
How to remove oil stains when oil seeps on the floor:
・ Use dishwashing liquid while wiping with a sponge into a foamy lather.
・ Use a small amount of baking soda and rub with warm water.
・If you have Aomori Hiba wood essential oil, add a few drops and wipe with a towel.
However, if it is a white/light colored floor, it will be difficult to get it back to original/ pure white.
Therefore, if the floor is solid wood, or the wood table needs to be placed in the same place for a long time, please be aware that the wood oil will seep out from the bottom ring and it will be difficult to clean, lay paper or cloth under it and check if the oil seeps from the bottom from time to time.
