Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. Pick a card each day and be better each day!
Positive intentions and affirmations can create a whole new reality for us. Helping us to know where we are trying to go, making us comfortable with the journey and keeping us focused while progressing in getting there.
Use affirmations to pull intentions into the present, in order to take dominion over mind when you are (or maybe) caught off guard or when you feel low; to retrain you mind, thoughts, thinking process and actions into behaving differently, so that you may better and easily manifest your desired outcomes.

Take a deep breath, stay mindful and focus. Shuffle the cards and pick a card with intuition. Read the words to yourself, making sure to inhale all positive vibes of the affirmation.
Spend some time journaling or reflecting upon the chosen affirmation if you can. Whenever you can throughout the day, commit to repeat the affirmation to yourself with your eyes closed.
