Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This is an acknowledgement that we have successfully received your order. If you do not receive this email please notify our customer service team at info@floax.com.hk (Please kindly check your junk mail box first).
If the payment has not successfully gone through, our customer service team will contact you. Unfortunately, if you do not reply within 48 hours we will have to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please notify our customer service at info@floax.com.hk .

Order Processing
After payment has been successfully processed and the items you have ordered are confirmed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and the courier used.
All orders will be processed and send out through courier services within 14 business days. Special requests may take longer. Actual delivery lead time varies between courier providers and your exact location.
訂單處理
在成功處理付款並確認您訂購的物品後,我們將向您發送一封發貨確認電子郵件,其中包含跟踪號和使用的快遞公司。

Shipping method
Hong Kong/ Macau: SF Express Pay On Delivery
Shipping fee will be charged with SF (Pay by Receiver). For more info about the SF Express delivery fee, click here.
Free shipping is available for order spent over net amount HK$1200 (per order), excluded raw wood items under “Wood” (Cul de Sac wood stools, Cul de Sac wood side tables, Cul de Sac wood logs, Cul de Sac pet tables, etc.)
If you would like to send to SF Express Store or EF Locker, please enter the according address/ code on the address page.

For the most up-to-date information on the status of your order please use the courier's online tracking platform first before contacting us. It is best to allow up to 2 business days for the tracking number to show up in the online tracking system.

Import tax and duties
Import tax and duties may be applicable to your order depending the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier or local post office may contact you with further details for customs clearance. Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery outside of the estimated delivery time. FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited will not be held liable for any shipment delays, damages and losses by any shipping services/agents/companies, and due to customs clearance.

Shipping Terms & Conditions
Once your order is being processed, all shipment information are no longer able to amend, inclusive of, but not limited the shipping address or contact phone number. If you have entered an incorrect address or phone number, please contact the courier service for further assistance, or you will need to contact the recipient of the address or phone number that you originally input since they will be the ones to receive your parcel. FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited will not be responsible if the event occurs. All extra charges will be held responsible by the customer.
FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused by any shipping services/agents/companies. We will not be held liable for any shipment delays by any shipping services/agents/companies. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from our company and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing losses or delays.
We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to Floods, Fires, Typhoons), Pandemic, Terrorist attacks to Threats of Terrorism, Customs service strikes / Postal service strikes, Civil Conflict, Riots, Invasions or Occupancy, Extreme Weather Conditions, or Failure of telecommunication Networks.

Refused shipments
If the shipment is refused and returned to us, we will contact you with the option of paying the re-delivery fee before shipping out again.
