This is a delicate and simple New Year decoration using Aomori Hiba that has been carefully carved into a beautiful silhouette. When New Year is over, you may simply remove the decorations and use it as a book stand or plate stand.
Each wood piece are handmade and comes in different colors, and may vary a little bit in size. Wood knots and color variations are all unique natural forms.
