Using Instructions >
Aroma Stone/ Diffuser Machine:
Add 1-3 drops of essential oil to the aroma stone/ diffuser machine, the aroma or mist can make the space and personal emotions more relaxed and soothing. Not suitable for children under 2 years old.
Shower:
Essential oils can be absorbed by body and skin through vapors during shower. Adults can add up to 5 drops of essential oil to 30ml of bath oil, body wash or vegetable oil base. Not recommended for use on children or those with sensitive skin.
Massage:
Adults can use up to 12 drops in 30ml of massage or base oil, massage to help relax and relieve muscle pain. Not recommended for use on children or those with sensitive skin.
Steam method:
Adults can add 4-6 drops of essential oil to a basin of hot water, cover their head with a towel and breathe deeply to intake the aroma. Not recommended for children, sensitive skin and asthma patients.
Caution >
Important Notice! Do not apply essential oils directly to the skin without diluting. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes. Please keep out of reach of children. Flammable. Use within 12 months after opening the bottle.
